Renowned sake expert, founder of UENO GOURMET, and author Yoshiko Ueno-Müller will guide us through the tasting and share insights from her newly released book “SAKE – Myth, Craft, Delight.” In a relaxed atmosphere, we will exchange impressions, experiences, and reflections on German-Japanese relations – all while enjoying exceptional flavors.
