The Impact Community invites representatives of all Europeana Communities Steering Groups to join us online to discuss how to plan and measure your community's impact. We will focus on designing a Change Pathway. The Impact Playbook will help us create a path from our stakeholders, the activities we design for them, and the impact that we are trying to create. In the middle, we map out the type of changes - the outcomes - that our stakeholders have to experience so that we contribute to the impact vision.

Impact is about the changes that occur for stakeholders or in society as a result of our activities (for which the organisation or community is accountable). The impact vision drives what we do. We create activities that help us contribute towards this big picture - and we are accountable for those activities creating a positive change with the stakeholders that we design them for.

Last year a new template for our community work plan was set up with a focus on community membership. The templates include a strong connection to the Europeana Impact model via four impact pathways (overarching descriptions of types of activities). The work plans of all communities will be used as input for the workshop.

We hope that the online session will help you better design your impact and select methods for measuring it.
