Purchase information for gift cards
Gift cards can be redeemed both online in the ticket shop and on site at the ticket office. The voucher is valid for one year from the date of purchase, excluding the winter break.
Payout of the amount is not possible. Any remaining credit cannot be cashed out. Partial credit can also be redeemed. The gift card will not be refunded if lost.
A consistent visitor program and cost structure during the term of validity of the gift card cannot be guaranteed. The gift card remains valid even if the visit program changes and can still be redeemed as part of a new program.
