How does our world sound when it is not the human being who hears? Beyond categorizations and hierarchizations. NOMO, the extraterrestrial art subject, lands in the SPREEHALLE Berlin and transforms everyone, every noise, completely value-free into new sound structures. In dialogue with the audience, Nomo, which is both a digital instrument and an interactive sound archive, develops new compositions. The visitors become performers. Their movements and actions in the space provide the data that Nomo transforms into music.
The video installations by Mirko Borscht and the musicians of the Marc Sinan Company together with NOMO transform the SPREEHALLE Berlin into a post-antropocentric sound laboratory.
