Liquifying Language

To a great extent, knowledge is a matter of language. Habitual, disciplinary, inherited vocabularies shape what we know and what we can get to know. At the same time, language is constantly in flux. In this workshop, we explore ways of liquifying language through our bodies and in conversation with machines. Starting with a (contactless) warm-up, we will tune into our bodies and the languages that they speak. After a short input on queer-feminist approaches to liquifying powerful vocabulary, we will approach ways of writing that happen through and with the body. Finally, we will further engage in a process of liquifying our vocabulary in conversations across languages, and together with machines.
