Kings Weston Roman Villa Unescorted Visits
Visit Kings Weston Roman Villa and explore the remains of a real Roman building complete with mosaic floors, a bath suite and heating systems.
Individuals or family groups (up to six people) can visit Kings Weston Roman Villa by picking up a key from Blaise Museum and taking a self-guided tour. Please book your visit below and let us know how many people are visiting in the next step.
Schools, groups and local societies cannot visit unaccompanied and must book a visit in advance. To do this, call us on 0117 922 3567 or email museumbookings@bristol.gov.uk
Admission to the site is free but a refundable deposit of £10 must be paid in cash at Blaise Museum when you collect the keys. The deposit will be returned when the keys are brought back.
A guide book is available for £3 and can be ordered ahead of your visit in the next step.
Please note, this site is a Scheduled Ancient Monument, which means it is protected by law. It is illegal to disturb the site, use a metal detector or remove anything found without permission from Historic England.
