We cordially invite you to the Project Coordinator / Project Lead Workshop on 18 June 2021 from 17.00-20.00 hosted by CorrelAid, CorrelAid Netherlands & CorrelAid Switzerland!

Have you always wanted to know what it’s like behind the scenes of project coordination at CorrelAid or what it’s like to lead a Data4Good team? Would you like to support us in this exciting activity or would you like to apply directly for the next project cycle (start 9/10 July) as a project lead, but don’t really know what this position is all about?
Then this is the right place for you!

In 3 hours we will provide you with an exciting input on the roles of project coordinator and project lead: What do you have to consider when working with social organisations? Which methods have proven successful, but also what are the special challenges of leading a voluntary team and how do the two positions intertwine? These are just a few of the questions we will answer for you in an introductory session.
This will be followed by a practical part, which will be designed according to the number of participants. Here you will be able to put into practice what you have learned in theory. Early registration therefore helps us a lot with the planning!

The workshop falls into the preparation phase of the next project cycle (Q3 2021), so we want to take the opportunity to give you a little update on its timeline. So far it looks like this (subject to change):

• June 4th: calls for applications are sent out via the newsletter
• June 4th - June 20th: Applications are open -> this is where you can apply as team lead and your skills from the workshop might be a plus!
• June 20th - June 27th: Team selection process
• July 1st - July 9th: Onboarding of teams
• July9th & July 10th: Project kickoff event
