Please note that photographs will be taken during the event for public relations and documentation purposes.

These will be used and stored in analogue and digital formats, and may appear in publications, on the Department of Computer Science at Darmstadt Technical University's website and social media channels. In the case of photographs focusing on individuals, those concerned have the right to inform the photographers or organisers at any time if they do not wish to be photographed.

If this is not possible, or if this request is disregarded, we will subsequently prevent the publication of such photographs upon receiving appropriate notification.
