Welcome to the RomHack Conference 2025 where you can purchase tickets for RomHack Conference.

🎟️ Ticket Sales

  • Early Bird Pricing starts on Tue, June 3, 2025, at 10:00 AM (CEST) (will be available for 4 weeks).
    • Conference Ticket: 15€ (Full price: 20€)
    • Student Ticket: 10€ (always)
    • Business Ticket: 120€ (invoice provided)
    • Cyber Saiyan associates: free
  • Full price applies starting at the beginning of July, 2025

📍 Logistics & Accommodation

  • Conference venue: Salone delle Fontane, via Ciro il Grande 10/12, Rome, Italy
  • Food & Beverages: Inside the venue, you'll find a bar offering coffee, breakfast, and lunch. Plenty of restaurants and bars are also available outside the venue for lunch
  • Accommodation: You can find a list of hotels near the conference location here.

💳 Payments & Invoicing

  • Accepted Payment Methods: Stripe (Credit cards/Google Pay/Apple Pay/Link) and PayPal
  • Invoices: Invoices are provided only for Business tickets.

⚠️ Important Notes

  • Conference tickets are refundable up to August 31, 2025, but a 30% cancellation fee will apply.
  • Failure to attend will be considered a No-Show, and no refund will be given
  • Conference tickets may be transferred

  • This ticket is reserved only to students and the personal school/university e-mail will be required. The e-mail address will be verified for approval. In case a personal school/university e-mail address is not used, the ticket will be cancelled and a cancellation fee of 30% will be kept.
  • You can cancel this order, but a 30% cancellation fee will apply.
