The QEEC programme equips professionals with the essential skills to correctly read, interpret, and communicate Environmental Product Declarations (EPDs), Declarations of Performance & Conformity (DoPCs), and Digital Product Passports (DPPs).

Under the newly implemented CPR revision, environmental information will become mandatory step-by-step for construction products. At the same time, the revised EPBD requires EU Member States to introduce mandatory building LCAs and national benchmarks — from 2028 for buildings >1,000 m² and from 2030 for all new buildings.

These developments will dramatically increase demand for EPDs and transparency in procurement. Manufacturers must prepare their staff to handle EPD-related communication professionally and reliably.

The QEEC builds competence for teams working in communication, sales, procurement, specification and product support.
 Technical EPD creation and management skills are taught in the advanced QEEO programme.
