ESN Göteborg is looking for new people!

Are you interested in making a local contribution to the largest student organisation in 🇪🇺?
Then we are looking for you! 😄
The new board will get elected at a so-called AGM (Annual General Meeting), to which we cordially invite you. The meeting will probably take place physically.
All positions are vacant. Please find info about them here:

President:
- Is responsible for ESN Göteborg on the whole
- Leads board meetings
- The ideal candidate has previous experience with ESN, is willing to invest a substantial amount of time and is able to take a leading role in a team

Vice-President:
- Communicates with different local ESN sections and the national level
- Replaces the president when he/she is absent
- Is actively organising and attending events
- The ideal candidate has previous experience with ESN, is willing to invest a substantial amount of time and is able to take a leading role in a team

Treasurer:
- Creates a budget plan for the financial year
- Is responsible for daily accounting of incomes and expenses
- The ideal candidate has experience in finance/accounting, is structured, has a good ability to plan ahead and is willing to invest enough time

WPA (Web Project Administrator:
- Develops and improves our website and its user-friendliness
- Is responsible for the storage of ESN Göteborg’s internal documents, databases and ESNcard sales
- The ideal candidate has previous experience with ESN, is knowledgeable about computers and is able to fix technical issues

Partnership Manager:
- Finds local partnerships and deals for ESNcard holders
- Creates new networking opportunities.
- Keeps account of ESNcard sales
- The ideal candidate has great negotiation skills, knowledge about contracts and has great ideas on which institutions to partner up with

Events coordinator:
- Is responsible for all events organised and hosted by ESN Göteborg
- Generates new ideas for fun and engaging events
- The ideal candidate is well-organised, enthusiastic and has many creative ideas for engaging events

Communications Manager:
- Is responsible for the external communication through: Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn
- Promotes events and makes sure that as many people as possible show up at our events
- The ideal candidate is well-organised, able to communicate effectively with written text and has experience with graphic design
