Julbord

The festive season is just around the corner and in Sweden this holiday is often celebrated with friends and family with a Julbord.

All the guests come together and everyone brings a sweet or savoury delicacy. Together this makes a delicious buffet that is eaten with everyone.

This event is free of charge but all participants are responsible for the food!

That means:

We also ask each participant to bring something delicious. This can be something traditionally Swedish, but holiday dishes from other cultures are also very welcome. After registering, you will receive a link to a spreadsheet which lists some examples of typical foods on a Swedish Christmas buffet (Julbord). The link is sent directly in the confirmation email, so keep an eye out for that. Please fill in your dish and your name so that we can create an overview for everyone and increase the excitement already.

There will be a stove and an oven available for reheating the dishes, but no microwave. We can provide plastic dishes/cutlery, but we would appreciate it if you bring your own utensils for sustainability reasons.

Please label your dishes with names, allergens and food preferences (veggie, vegan, gluten-free etc.).

ESN will bring glΓΆgg and julmost for all participants, but you are welcome to bring your own drinks.

With some nice Christmas music we will bring you in the vibe to rock around the Christmas tree!

πŸŽ€ Looking forward to welcome you at our Julbord πŸŽ€
