Make your group swim reservations here.

Here you can book tickets for a swim in the pool:

• If you are interested in coming with your organization, please send an email to groups@flow.brussels

• Group swimming is unfortunately no longer free, as we receive significantly fewer subsidies than in previous years. However, we have kept the price as low as possible so that all types of groups can enjoy swimming at FLOW.

• Group swimming is only for clubs, sports groups, social organisations.

• To swim at FLOW with your group, you must reserve a time slot in advance.

• Group swimming is available on 4 weekdays from 10:00am to 10:45am and from 11:00am to 11:45am.
• A ticket is valid for a 45-minute time slot in the pool and swimming area. Before and after your time slot, you can stay longer on the terraces around the pool.

• You can reserve a maximum of 2 slots for your groups.

• Each organized group must be accompanied by a responsible person (18+) who will inform the members of the group of these rules: https://flow.brussels/en/rules.

• For each group of 8 children, under 12 years old, a responsible chaperon must be present to watch over them during the swim
  (1 chaperon for groups of up to 8 children, 2 chaperons for groups up to 16 children, 3 chaperons for groups with more than 16 children)
• In the swimming area and pool, children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult in a bathing suit!
• Each group has to provide the contact details of a responsible and must sign an agreement from before the visit (signed digitally or at the pool).

The reservation process consists of six steps:

1. To obtain a voucher that let's you book a time slot, please send an email to groups@flow.brussels

2. Once you have received a voucher, come back to this booking page and choose the date and time slot of your choice.
   Time slots that are full are marked in red.

3. You enter your voucher code.

4. Select a ticket that matches the group size.

5. You can reserve tickets for a maximum of 25 people including chaperons

6. You must provide one email address per reservation

Important:

• Be sure to arrive at the FLOW entrance at least 30 minutes before your slot time. We give you 30 minutes to prepare for the fresh water swim; explain the rules, tell something about the pool, eat or drink something, but most importantly change your clothes. Late check-ins are not possible.
