E-1-E25 Course Details
Agile-ADapT is a principle-driven model for continuous business transformation.
By aligning organizational purpose with customer needs and treating innovation as the catalyst for change, organizations can stay relevant in a rapidly evolving digital world.
The model is structured around 9 Guiding Principles and 3 Phases that span strategy, innovation, and the development and delivery of products and services.
Course Overview
This online course introduces participants to the core concepts of digital business transformation and the fundamentals of Agile-ADapT.
Trainees will explore the model’s structure, understand how the Guiding Principles address common transformation challenges, and learn to distinguish between change and true transformation.
The course highlights the strategic role of innovation and equips participants to engage meaningfully in transformation efforts.
Participants will receive pre-study materials to support learning and maximize class time.

Participants who complete this official course will receive a free exam attempt for the Agile-ADapT® EXPLORER Certification.
- Format: 1-hour, online, 40 multiple-choice questions
- Passing score: 85%
- Certificate: Successful candidates will be awarded and registered as Certified Agile-ADapT® EXPLORER.
