1. house rules

By purchasing an admission ticket, the visitor agrees to observe the house rules of the respective venue as well as the instructions of HSV Zwölfaxing.

2. cancellation / changes of the event, refunds

As a voluntary service, HSV Zwölfaxing reserves the right, in the event of cancellation, postponement or any other change to an event, to notify those customers who have purchased tickets for this event, provided that the relevant contact details are available.

HSV Zwölfaxing reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the line-up and program (e.g. changes to the program, minor changes to starting times, changes to show interludes, etc.) and shall in any case not be grounds for a refund or reduction of the ticket price.

3. exclusion from the right of withdrawal

There is no right of withdrawal for the purchase of tickets for a specific event! For example, services provided in connection with leisure activities, provided that in each case a specific time or period is contractually stipulated for the fulfillment of the contract by the entrepreneur, are excluded from the right of withdrawal pursuant to § 18 Abs 1 Z 10 FAGG. The consumer therefore has no right to revoke the brokered purchase contract for the admission tickets.

4. image recordings

The visitor acknowledges that at events, image recordings of the event and visitors are occasionally made, which are further utilized (television broadcasts, photo, video, etc.). The visitor therefore acknowledges that the recordings made by him during or in connection with the event may be evaluated by any current or future technical process, in particular by HSV Zwölfaxing and potential third parties, and may also be used for commercial purposes, provided that the use does not unduly infringe their personal interests. The customer shall not be entitled to any compensation for such use.

Visitors are not entitled to take photos, film, video or other sound/image recordings of events.

5. volume

It is pointed out to the visitor that there is a risk of hearing and health damage at events, in particular due to the volume. It is therefore recommended that appropriate protective measures be taken, especially for children and persons sensitive to hearing.
