Stela is a dancer, performer, choreographer and musician who studied theatre theory at the Freie Universität Berlin (2016-2019), then graduated from the BA. program “Dance, Choreography, Context” at HZT, Berlin in 2023. She explores the connections between music and dance composition and currently is obsessed with the mental state of flow as a pathway into creativity and a bridge between performer and audience.
