Seismograph by Johann Eggebreht & Ismael Yakout
“Seismograph” is a work in progress showing of the collaboration between dancer Johann Eggebrecht and sound Artist Ismael Yakout.
The body, a contact microphone and a modular synthesiser are merged into an instrument through wich they explore repetition as both an embodied mantra and aesthetic experience.
This project is part of their ongoing research around the practice of attention and so called “technologies of presence".
