REGISTRATION OPEN
To purchase a ticket for the Annual Meeting:
- Select your applicable Annual Meeting Admission from the ticket platform
⚠️You don't need to buy a separate membership if you buy a meeting admission ticket ⚠️ - Click "Add to cart" and then "Continue" to checkout
- Fill in your personal information and select a payment option
- Review and confirm your order and payment (you will be redirected to Mollie)
- Download your admission ticket and invoice, the QR code is all you need to enter the venue
Important things to know:
- Admission ticket prices will increase by €25 on Feb 24, 2023 (08:30 CET)
- Dinner tickets will only be available until March 17, 2023 (23:59CET)
- Cancellation is possible until March 17, 2023 (23:59CET), with a fixed cancellation fee of 25 EUR. No refunds are possible after that date.
- Registration closes on March 22, 2023 (23:59CET)
- If you cannot attend the annual meeting, you can still become an ISMRM Benelux member by purchasing a separate membership fee
