Please be advised that we have reached the maximum capacity of our main lecture hall and live streaming room, with 240 registered participants.
Due to the high level of interest, access to the main lecture hall for the opening session, keynote lectures, and award ceremonies will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis. To accommodate additional attendees, an adjacent seminar room has been made available, where these sessions will be streamed live via Zoom. Kindly note that access to symposia, poster sessions, coffee breaks, and lunches remains unaffected, thereby ensuring all participants continue to enjoy full opportunities for interaction and engagement.

If tickets become available again, we will inform the first persons on the waiting list. If we notify you, you'll have 48 hours time to buy a ticket until we assign it to the next person on the list.

Note that you will only receive one ticket. If you need multiple tickets, you need to add yourself to the waiting list multiple times with different email addresses. There is no guarantee that you will receive a certain number of tickets.

You will not receive a confirmation email after you have been added to the waiting list. We will only contact you once a spot opens up.
