The festival Sunday begins with a musical experience of a special kind – the Large Ensemble Weingarten (LEW) invites you to a matinee!
In winter 2024, the Large Ensemble Weingarten (LEW) was founded by talented students and lecturers at PH Weingarten. This unique group combines the best elements of an orchestra and a big band, presenting a repertoire that ranges from modern jazz to newly arranged pop and indie songs.
The sound of the LEW is Swabian, eclectic, and danceable – a certainty that this great sound vessel will fill the Linsesaal with its harmonic waves and captivate the audience.
As a special "Gutsle" at this matinee, a coffee and a butter pretzel are included in the ticket price. This allows the audience to enjoy the musical sounds and relax with a delicious snack while fully savoring the morning atmosphere.
