An exploration of analogue photography and motion picture

Monday 24th April - This will be a day around St Just and in the Knut sharing analogue techniques 10 - 4 pm arrival from 9.30

Day 1 will be an exploration of analogue photography and motion picture with attendees spending the morning looking at techniques of pinhole, and analogue motion picture, in the afternoon attendees will learn how to develop the film using natural materials techniques including caffenol (using coffee and vitamin C to process film). It will also give you the opportunity to learn about developing & tinting film in lichen and local natural plants such as ferns, brackens and dock leaves.

Day 2
Wednesday 26th April 2 group visits to Tate St Ives - Hepworth exhibition (at own artists' expense)
Afternoon visit the stone circle and holed stones at Tregeseal
Meet St Ives at 10 am and finish by 5 pm

(Artists will have to provide their own transport and lunches) Tea and coffee and biscuits will be provided

Artist inspiration days in the Penwith landscape. Join us to come on two possible artist inspiration days where you will be with like-minded creatives engaging in the landscape, considering local nature, and ancient sites with an exploration of local landscapes and skyscapes.
Day 2
