We are conducting the second NFDI4Microbiota Knowledge Base & Coding Sprint in Marburg

Aims

Our goal is to further complement and update the NFDI4Microbiota Knowledge Base (https://knowledgebase.nfdi4microbiota.de) with selected topics and address coding challenges within the consortium.

Topics

Besides your participation, we are collecting community suggestions for the topics that will be addressed during the event.
Feel free to enter topic suggestion(s) that relate to NFDI4Microbiota during the registration process. These can be related to the knowledge base but also other code repositories and challenges from individual milestones within the consortium.

You may come back to your registration at any time to enter further or change suggestions using the confirmation link you will receive after successful registration.
The Deadline for handing in a topic is 12.08.24. A list of topics will be published shortly after.

Topic-Leads

We will also need topic-leads that can coordinate one of the topics during the sprint. We will approach you two weeks before the sprint and brief you about the topic (if not your own) and preparation. Your job will be to pitch the topic very shortly and moderate the group work in one of the break-out rooms. If you feel able/willing/inspired to take up the lead of a subgroup during the sessions, please indicate so below.
