Dwindling glaciers

The changing ice landscapes
Thomas Wrede, Christoph Mayer, Bernhard Malkmus
Videos, photos, short presentations, discussion
Moderation: Tanya Lieske

Thomas Wrede, Christoph Mayer and Bernhard Malkmus will explore the transformation of European icescapes from three perspectives: artistic, scientific and literary. At the centre of their exchange is the melting and slow disappearance of the Alpine glaciers, a galloping process fuelled by climate change. What is happening in our icy landscapes and to the Alpine landscape in general? Are there measures and possibilities on the ground to slow down what is happening?
An event organised in cooperation with the Federal Environment Agency.

Admission: €8, registration via registration via BOTSCHAFT DER WILDTIERE
