NIGHTCRAWLERS is a 18+ event and deals in mature themes. Content notes include body horror, abuse, violence, self-harm and some gore. Expect that performers will touch, at times handle you. You can opt out by using the Safeword.

NIGHTCRAWLERS uses strobe lights, flashing lights, low lighting/darkness, intense sound and fog.

Arrive 15 minutes prior to the slot you have booked, e.g.: You have booked the 19:00 slot; arrive at 18:45. There will be no late entry, no exceptions and no refunds.

Entry is in groups up to 25 guests per slot.

Ensure that you are steady on your feet, able to consent and safe around others when attending NIGHTCRAWLERS. Anyone arriving in any other state will be refused entry without a refund.

Any form of discriminatory and/or threatening behavior will not be tolerated and dealt with accordingly.

Your total NIGHTCRAWLERS experience including ticket checks will take circa 75 minutes.

Only small handbags will be allowed into the Haunt. There will be no lockers, so pack light.

The bar inside is cash-only.

You will be given a safeword - use it when you need to. Using the safeword means that either
1) your experience ends full-stop and you will be brought out of the Haunt immediately, or
2) the scene will end and you can recalibrate in a low intensity setting inside the Haunt.
Once you have exited the Haunt, there will be no re-entry, no exceptions and no refunds.

Enter at your own risk. By entering NIGHTCRAWLERS, you fully and freely agree to waive all claims against NIGHTCRAWLERS for damages or losses.

Once inside NIGHTCRAWLERS,

DO NOT:
+ get physical with the performers
+ damage and/or steal the props
+ smoke, eat, drink or run (unless prompted by performers)
+ film or photograph
+ use your phone as a flashlight

DO:
+ mind your step
+ follow the cast and crew’s orders
+ keep your hands to yourself, unless instructed otherwise
+ use the safeword when you need to
