Software Developers' Thursdays - Open Data Hub Customer Care Chatbot AI
Large Language Models (LLMs) hold the potential to transform the workplace by undertaking language processing tasks that were previously exclusive to humans, notably in fields like customer care and software development. To explore the capabilities of LLMs, the Open Data Hub team embarked on creating a Proof of Concept chat-bot. Drawing from a comprehensive pool of project data, such as code on GitHub, documentation, and the project website, this chat-bot aids the Open Data Hub's customer care in assisting their clients. Chris Mair will discuss the technologies employed, the challenges faced, and the outcomes of this inaugural PoC.
