IMPORTANT: You do not need to be or want to become an Agile Coach.
You will LOVE ATTENDING if
(i) you are INTERESTED in LEARNING and
(ii) EXCHANGING ideas WITH other GREAT PEOPLE and
(iii) MAKING working ENVIRONMENTS BETTER (why not the whole world!?).
This means (1) exploring stuff for your exisiting work bubble, (2) going beyond your area of expertise and learning from & sharing with others and (3) exchanging cross-industry, cross-cultural-wide to make our all life better ... that's it.
Other common roles may include Learner, Facilitator, Scrum Master, Programmer, Product Owner, Developer, Agile Leader, Coder, Programmer, CxOs or other nerds, Strategy Advisor, Consultant, Human Being, Project Manager, Vice president, Founder, Program an/or Product Manager, Chairman, Scientist, Professor, Business Agilist, Organisational Developer, Agile Coach, Systemic Coach ... you name it.
