Data Protection and Media Consent 🇬🇧

By registering for and attending this event, I agree to the processing of my personal data exclusively for the purposes of planning, organising, and following up on this event, as well as for informing me about similar future events organised by the same organiser. This may include the necessary transfer of my data to participating service providers, sponsors, and the organising team, insofar as this is required for the successful execution and follow-up of the event. 

My data will not be used for any other purposes nor shared with third parties outside the aforementioned scope. I understand that I can withdraw my consent at any time with effect for the future by contacting the organiser at kontakt[at]riskonomic.com.

Furthermore, I acknowledge that photos and videos may be taken during the event by attendees and the organising company. These materials may be used by the organiser for documentation and promotional purposes, including but not limited to publication on social media, websites, and in print materials. By attending the event, I consent — on an irrevocable and perpetual basis — to the use of my image, likeness, and voice in such media without compensation or further approval. 

If I do not wish to be photographed or recorded, I will inform the event staff, i.e. before start of the event or upon my arrival accordingly.

Mit meiner Anmeldung und Teilnahme an dieser Veranstaltung stimme ich der Verarbeitung meiner personenbezogenen Daten ausschließlich zum Zweck der Planung, Organisation und Nachbereitung dieser Veranstaltung sowie zur Information über ähnliche zukünftige Veranstaltungen desselben Veranstalters zu. Dies kann die erforderliche Weitergabe meiner Daten an beteiligte Dienstleister, Sponsoren und das Organisationsteam umfassen, soweit dies für die erfolgreiche Durchführung und Nachbereitung der Veranstaltung notwendig ist.

Meine Daten werden nicht für andere Zwecke verwendet oder außerhalb des oben genannten Rahmens an Dritte weitergegeben. Mir ist bekannt, dass ich diese Einwilligung jederzeit mit Wirkung für die Zukunft durch Kontaktaufnahme mit dem Veranstalter unter kontakt[at]riskonomic.com widerrufen kann.

Des Weiteren nehme ich zur Kenntnis, dass während der Veranstaltung durch Teilnehmende und den Veranstalter Foto- und Videoaufnahmen gemacht werden können. Diese Materialien dürfen vom Veranstalter zu Dokumentations- und Werbezwecken verwendet werden, einschließlich, aber nicht beschränkt auf Veröffentlichungen in sozialen Medien, auf Webseiten und in Printmaterialien. Mit meiner Teilnahme an der Veranstaltung erteile ich meine unwiderrufliche und zeitlich unbeschränkte Einwilligung zur Nutzung meines Bildes, meiner Stimme und meiner Äußerungen in solchen Medien, ohne Anspruch auf Vergütung oder weitere Freigabe. 

Wenn ich nicht fotografiert oder gefilmt werden möchte, informiere ich das Veranstaltungsteam, z.B. vor Beginn des Events bzw. bei meiner Ankunft entsprechend.
