AI CHANGES THE SYSTEM with Jens Thiemann 🇩🇪 🇬🇧

• This workshop is based on the new M3K workshop "Leadership in the Age of AI" and focuses on what changes when AI becomes a real actor in the system — not just another tool.

• We explore the impact of AI on people, teams, and organizational structures through a mix of short inputs, facilitated discussions, and hands-on exercises.

• Working with a shared scenario, participants apply unFIX patterns to examine how collaboration, roles, and governance need to evolve.

• The workshop emphasizes systemic thinking over AI tooling and provides practical lenses and language that participants can reuse in their own contexts. We close with a reflective discussion on what these shifts mean for our professional roles.

TRAINERS

• Jens Thiemann is Trainer, Leader and Organisational Developer. Jens holds a Diploma in Computer Sciences and is part of the core team of M3K.

• With many years of experience in various management positions and organizational forms, he came to agile organizational development via Management 3.0 as a Certified Agile Leadership Facilitator.

• Jens facilitates workshops and speaks about intersection of leadership, organizational design, and AI. Focus is on human beings and how collaboration and decision-making are fundamentally changing.
