KAIZEN BOOTCAMP with Kiro Harada 🇯🇵 🇬🇧

• This Kaizen Bootcamp is an immersive, systems-level workshop for leaders who want improvement to be more than a quarterly ritual.
• Grounded in Lean and the Toyota Production System, it reveals why so many Kaizen efforts quietly fade — and how to keep them alive, thriving, and continuous.
• You’ll learn how to cultivate a Kaizen operating system using practical ideas like ECRS, standard work, visual management, VSM, and fast feedback loops.
• Instead of just hoping for big transformations, we focus on building a workplace where small, smart improvements happen every day and actually stick—turning continuous improvement into a powerful, sustainable advantage.

TRAINER

• Kiro Harada is an experienced agile coach, domain modeller, supply chain consultant and Scrum Alliance 'Certified Scrum Trainer' (CST®).
• Kiro is CEO of Attractor Inc., a consulting company based in Tokyo, Japan.
• He brings 30 years of experience across manufacturing and software organizations, where he has built and led environments that drive continuous improvement in products, processes, and people.
• Together with his colleagues they support leadership teams in improving their organisations, in making operations, software & collaboration easier and safer.

• NOT INCLUDED: Accommodation is not included. Should you wish accommodation before and/or after the event (additional cost for single room incl breakfast approx. 100 EUR), please indicate and reserve your room during the registration process. Payment to be settled upon departure by you with GENO Hotel directly.

• During registration you generate an invoice which will be sent to you via email. Payment has to be settled within the given periood. We do accept bank transfer only. EU Instant Payment with your IBAN ("SOFORT / Echtzeit-Überweisung) is the most cost efffective and easiest way.
• Overseas and outside EU payments: Please ensure money transfer (e.g. Instant Payment) settled including all fees that may occur using your trusted payment service provider. We do accept bank transfer only. Some providers (e.g. Wise.com) allow use of credit cards, add their fee and other expenses and then forward the ticket price to us.
• IMPORTANT: Any transfer fees, foreign exchange conversion rate and potential bank charges are to be borne by the sender.
