09 CANCELLATION

SOME TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • Secure your place and pay within the specified time limit given on the invoice. Otherwise we will cancel and release your order for other interested people. An administration fee of 50 EUR plus expenses may occur.

  • If you have already booked and are unable to attend, simply let us know who you would like to attend instead of you. Passing on of your ticket is subject to our consent. We will do our best to support you. Cancellations will be handled on a case by case basis. 

  • Cancellations before eight weeks of start of the event are free of charge. Any costs for reimbursement have to be born by the receiver (person or organisation that purchased the ticket).
