• This is a workshop for Agile Coaches, Scrum Masters, Change Artists, and Transformation Agents in Agile and non-Agile contexts.

• It’s for anyone who thinks that others don’t appreciate or understand what they bring to the table. A key focus is on gaining awareness of and improving your coaching presence.

• Another key focus is on learning to improve how you communicate, demonstrate, and validate your value proposition.

TRAINERS

• Bob Galen (Cary, NC, USA) and Peter Fischbach (Norden and Berlin, Germany) have spent many years working closely with Agile
  Coaches in situations where clarity, trust, and credibility are not a given.

• As hosts of the 'Extraordinarily Badass Agile Coaching Masterclass',
  they focus on the everyday challenges coaches face when interacting with
  leaders and executives. Their approach is grounded, reflective, and shaped by
  real experiences.

• This workshop offers a space to think carefully about how you communicate your value
  and how you show up as an Agile Coach in demanding contexts.

• During registration you generate an invoice which will be sent to you via email. Payment has to be settled within the given periood. We do accept bank transfer only. EU Instant Payment with your IBAN ("SOFORT / Echtzeit-Überweisung) is the most cost efffective and quickest way.

• Overseas and outside EU payments: Please ensure money transfer (e.g. Instant Payment) settled including all fees that may occur using your trusted payment service provider. We do accept bank transfer only. Some providers (e.g. Wise.com) allow use of credit cards, add their fee and other expenses and then forward the ticket price to us.

• IMPORTANT: Any transfer fees, foreign exchange conversion rate and potential bank charges are to be borne by the sender.
