Registration

Registration fees are quoted in EUR per person, including value-added tax. Registration fees are due to be paid via the web shop or bank transfer within the time frame indicated after order completion.

The registration fee includes the attendance to the conference on May 23-25, 2018, and the sprints on May 26-27, 2018. Lunch, snacks and beverages during these days are included.

Terms & Conditions

If a cancellation is made more than 6 weeks before the conference, the registration fee will be fully refunded. Any refunds after this deadline are at the event organizer's discretion and are not guaranteed. Cancellations have to be made in writing to 2018@djangocon.eu.

If you are not able to attend, tickets can be reassigned to a different person. In this case, please contact us as early as possible.

Once the conference schedule is published, ROSE e.V. reserves the right to replace announced speakers with others and to make any necessary changes to the event's program, as long as the overall character of the event is maintained.

If the event cannot take place due to force majeure, problems at the venue or due to a lack of attendees, the attendees will be notified without delay. The attendance fee will be reimbursed if the event is cancelled due to a lack of attendees or if the reason for the cancellation is within the organizer's sphere of influence.

In any case, ROSE e.V. will be liable solely for the registration fee.

Privacy Policy

ROSE e.V. collects and processes your personal data solely for the performance of the conference and for advertising purposes directly related to this conference. ROSE e.V. will neither share your personal data with any business partners nor use it for future events.

During the event, photographs, audio and video may be taken. We will ask at the entry if you want to be photographed and will hand out lanyards in different color depending on your answer. If you don't want to be photographed, we will not publish photos that include you as a primary part of the picture, but you might still be part of a group picture or the background of a picture. You agree that photographs, audio and video of your person may be published in the context of the event, without any compensation to you.
