Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations and requests for refunds will be accepted until February 8, 2021. For cancellations after this date we will withhold a 20% cancellation fee for purchased standard and student tickets as well as a 50% cancellation fee for purchased bootcamp or combinatorial tickets. Transfer of tickets to other participants will be accepted until February 18, 2021.

Participant registration:

We process contact data that you provide during the registration process for the purpose of managing participants. Your personal data will always be processed only to the extent necessary to fulfill the respective purpose. If at all, we also only pass on your data to fulfill a purpose underlying the processing.

In order to carry out your registration, we use the contract processor pretix, a service provided by rami.io Software development, Raphael Michel, Markgräfler Straße 16, 69126 Heidelberg, Germany. Part of this is our ticket shop which is included through a JavaScript widget. If you try to purchase a ticket, pretix will use cookies to make your purchase process possible and to remember which tickets are in your cart. This cookie will only be set once you start interacting with the pretix widget. pretix does not store any IP addresses, browser information or other unnecessary meta data beyond the timeframe of your transaction. Payment service provider:

The "Mollie" service is integrated into the ticket store for the processing of payments. This is an independent data controller who collects your data within the scope of payment processing. When making a payment in the Ticket Shop, you can decide whether you want to use this service. If you do not wish to do so, payment can also be made by bank transfer. Virtual hosting of conference sessions:

The sec4dev 2021 takes place exclusively virtually. The conference sessions will be held via live Zoom sessions. You do not need to register with Zoom to access the sessions and we will not give any data to Zoom. The link to the sessions will be accessible via a password-protected page on our sec4dev website.

However, Zoom may process personal data when participating in sessions. This data may include the following categories of data:

User Profile (First Name, Last Name, Phone (optional), Email, Password (if SSO is not used), Profile Picture (optional)); Department (optional); Meeting Metadata: Topic, Description (optional), participant IP addresses, device/hardware information; Cloud Recordings (optional): Mp4 of all video, audio and presentations, M4A of all Audio, Text file of all in meeting; chats, Audio transcript file; IM Chat Logs; Telephony Usage Data (Optional): Call In Number, Call Out Number, Country Name, IP address , 911 Address (registered service address) , Start and End time, Host Name, Host Email, MAC Address of device used

Virtuelle Sessions (Zoom Video Communications, Inc.; 55 Almaden Boulevard, 6th Floor, San Jose, California 95113, USA)

Photography, Audio and Video Recording Release:

Video footage and/or screenshots/photos will be taken during sec4dev 2020, which may or may not include your recognizable image. Please be advised that by taking part in this event you grant SBA Research the full rights to use the images resulting from the photography/video filmin, and any reproductions or adaptations of the images in print, digital or weg -based formats for promotional, sponsoring and archival purposes. this might include (but is not limited to ), the right to use them in their printed and online publicity, social media, press releases and funding applications. If you do not wish to have us use your image, please notify the event organizer prior to the event or ad hoc.

This conference is supported by sponsors and the company names of participants will be communicated to the sponsors. No personal information will be shared.
