Palace Visit

Admission to the monastery garden is free. Out of respect for the Capuchins, access is regulated. Please book a free time slot to visit the baroque garden, established in 1739.

Just in time for the start of the season, the new palace guide of Emslandmuseum Schloss Clemenswerth is available. With this brochure, you can explore the palace complex and its buildings, learn about the builder and architect, and read about the history of the "Star of Emsland."

Cultural Bag – Family Walk Through Schloss Clemenswerth

Embark on an exciting discovery tour through the palace grounds and the forest park of Schloss Clemenswerth! During this family walk, you will encounter seven interesting stations to explore together. Everything you need for the tour can be found in the cultural bag – available at the museum ticket counter, the museum shop, or at the Tourist Info in Sögel. A fun and educational way to experience the nature and history of the castle in a playful way!
