Art of conflict: How to win an argument - Dmytro Grynov

"Art of conflict: How to win an argument” is a practical workshop that will open up the topic of conflict in an employment relationship between employee/self employed artist and employer/funding body/bureaucratic institution. It offers a unique retrospective not only on the legal part of the conflict, but also on psychological and performative aspects, helping participants to analyze, understand and prepare themselves for potential friction situations in the future.

The Workshop will have a laboratory format with some practical cases allowing participants to analyse, exchange ideas and search for solutions to complex situations stipulating a common learning process. We will analyse preliminary and actual steps such as contracts, correspondence and reports. Further we discuss practical aspects of certain behaviour patterns in challenging situations and will find potential solutions and strategies in order to be able to stand our ground and not to lose the fight for our own rights.

The workshop will be held in spoken English, questions in spoken German are no problem.
