Money, emotions and creativity: Financial literacy for dance artists - Giorgia Bovo
It may feel hopeless—why pursue financial literacy when income as an artist is inconsistent and simply insufficient? Because money is so emotionally charged, and many of us have internalized the belief that financial struggle is the price of creative freedom. This workshop challenges that mindset and offers a new, empowering perspective. We'll break down emotional blocks around money and tackle limiting beliefs like “artists are bad with money” or “I’ll never be financially free.” Through a series of reflective tasks, the participants will learn how to identify personal financial patterns, without shame, and to shift them. We’ll introduce tools on how to set clear goals, and use creativity to approach budgeting, increasing and managing savings, planning and investing in the future. Yes, artists can be creative with money too!
The workshop will be held in spoken English, questions in spoken German are no problem.
