Art spaces and art events are something that can have it all - diversity and cohesion, openness, and calling things by their names. Arts are bringing a lot of freedom in them which they are sharing with other people. When it comes to city partnerships, arts are something that can help us speak one language and exchange on controversial topics while working together. Cities can exchange their “secrets” and jointly raise their capacities. Art spaces, events, and urban festivals organized between the twin cities can be even more impactful getting a "stage" for the non-formal presentation of the city through arts. They can become a "showcase" for one city into the other one.
