Kammerkonzert mit der Paul‐Hindemith‐Gesellschaft e. V.

Maria Ivogün, Herbert von Karajan and Hans Scharoun paved the way for the work of the Paul Hindemith Society, which has been supporting students at the Faculty of Music since the 1960s. Its namesake taught at one of the university's predecessor institutions, the Staatliche Akademische Hochschule für Musik, before he was forced to leave in 1938. It is still thanks to this Friends’ Association that students are supported with scholarships and grants. The concerts with scholarship holders of the association, as you can experience on this evening, are an essential part of the support. You can look forward to a concert with selected chamber music and highly talented young students.
