Payment

Payment is due within 10 days. Otherwise the registration can not be guaranteed. Registrations are only confirmed after the payment has been received.

Cancellation policy

Cancellations must be done in written form and are subject to the following conditions:

• Until September 15th, 2019: 100 % refund
• Until October 15th, 2019: full refund of registration fee, no refund of hotel booking
• After Obtober 15th, 2019: no refund
