Love Is the Devil
Nel 1971 Francis Bacon presiede l’apertura della retrospettiva in suo onore al Gran Palais di Parigi. Mentre viene osannato dalla stampa e dalle autorità come il più grande pittore vivente, George Dyer, da sette anni modello e amante di Bacon, ingerisce un micidiale cocktail di pillole e alcol. Sprofondando nell’incoscienza il ragazzo rivive il suo incontro con il pittore avvenuto nel 1964 e il rapporto morboso che giorno dopo giorno si era instaurato tra i due.
