By registering and/or participating in the VIVITA X BRENT ROBOCON EVENT (the "Event"), you agree to the following:

• You consent to the collection and processing of your personal data by VIVITA Philippines Corp. ("VIVITA") and the Brent International School Baguio ("BRENT") for the purpose of organizing and running the Event.
• You consent to the taking of your photo while participating in the Event.
• You consent to the use of your photo by VIVITA and BRENT on social media platforms and in other promotional materials.

You understand that the Event involves certain risks and hazards. You voluntarily assume these risks and hazards, and you waive any and all claims against VIVITA, BRENT, and their respective representatives, personnel, partners, and affiliates for any injury or loss that you may suffer as a result of your participation in the Event.

You understand that VIVITA and BRENT will exercise reasonable care to ensure your safety during the Event. However, you agree that you are ultimately responsible for your own safety and well-being.

By proceeding to order a ticket, you have read and understood this consent and waiver, and you agree to its terms.
