Welcome to the registration for the ESEAP Conference 2026!

ESEAP Conference 2026 will be the 4th regional conference for Wikimedia communities throughout the ESEAP region. ESEAP stands for East, Southeast Asia, and the Pacific. The conference will take place in Kaohsiung, Taiwan on 15–17 May 2026. The theme for the 2026 conference is "New Era of ESEAP: Pioneer the Future Together!". The conference is aiming to provide approximate of 100 scholarships with around 150 participants in total, professional live interpretation for multiple ESEAP languages... and more.

The information that you provide while filling out this registration form will not be shared publicly and will only be accessed by the conference organizing team and select WMF staff. Additional information will be collected from scholarship recipients for the purposes of arranging travel -- this information will be shared with Amex GBT, the designated conference hotel, and our duty of care provider. This registration form runs with Pretix, an open source third-party service, which may subject it to additional terms. For more information on privacy and data-handling, see the privacy statement.

Scholarship recipients should enter the voucher code from their scholarship award letter, choose "ESEAP Scholarship Registration" and click “Add to cart”, then “Continue”, in order to fill in the required fields.

Self-funded attendees should choose "ESEAP General Registration (Expression of Interest)", click “Add to cart”, then “Continue”, in order to fill in the required fields.
