Welcome to the registration page for GLAM Wiki 2025! The GLAM Wiki community is a worldwide network, with projects, initiatives, and activities spanning every timezone and continent. This conference serves as a vital gathering for the community—a time to celebrate achievements, exchange experiences, foster learning, strengthen connections, and collaboratively shape the future of our shared mission.

This event is co-organized by Wikimedia Portugal (WMPT) and Wiki Editoras Lx (WELx). The conference will take place 30 October to 1 November, 2025, in Lisbon, Portugal.

The information that you provide while filling out this registration form will not be shared publicly and will only be accessed by the conference organizing team and select WMF staff. Additional information will be collected from scholarship recipients for the purposes of arranging travel -- this information will be shared with Amex GBT, the designated conference hotel, and our duty of care provider. This registration form runs with Pretix, an open source third-party service, which may subject it to additional terms. For more information on privacy and data-handling, see the privacy statement.

Scholarship recipients should enter the voucher code from their scholarship award letter, choose "Scholarship Registration" and click “Add to cart”, then “Continue”, in order to fill in the required fields.

Volunteers: If you're interested in volunteering at the conference please visit the Meta-wiki page for more information. Do not register for the conference before your application has been approved.
