Welcome to the registration for the Wikimedia CEE Meeting 2025!
By following the registration process, you will be able to register for the event
Wikimedia CEE Meeting 2025 is organized and hosted by Wikimedia Community User Group Greece in close collaboration with the Wikimedia CEE Hub and Wikimedia Foundation (WMF).
The Meeting will take place from September 26 to 28, 2025, in Thessaloniki, Greece.
We ask you to take the time to answer the questions carefully because this form will help the Organisation committee to prepare a successfull meeting.
Your personal data is needed to book travel and accommodation for you. And also (possibly) for a visa or reimbursement. The information that you provide while filling out this form will not be shared publicly and will only be accessed by the conference organizing team and WMF staff. The registration form runs with Pretix, an open source third-party service, which may subject it to additional terms. For more information on privacy and data-handling, see the privacy statement.

Important: Wikimedia Community User Group Greece will provide accommodation only for the official conference dates (26–28 September). Participants attending the Learning Day event will also be provided accommodation for 25 September. If your stay extends beyond the official dates, you will need to arrange your own accommodation for the additional days. Airfare will be arranged for travel immediately before and after the conference. If you wish to extend your stay under a different arrangement, it may be approved at our discretion, provided it does not increase the overall cost.
