Zirkuswalk Lichtenberg: Queer AF?
What happens when you combine cabaret and an audio walk? A circus walk!
In the project “Lichtenberg queer af? - A historical circus walk”, we want to bring Lichtenberg's queer heritage culture to life. Historically, Lichtenberg is best known for its active right-wing scene, which is still present in the neighborhood. However, we want to highlight the history of LGBTQ+ people in the Kiez as a counterpoint. Using archive material and historical consultations, we have collected historical events and people from the city's history, which we will present to you in the form of colorful drag and circus performances.
The performances will take place indoors. To reach the stations, a 15-minute walk (outdoor) is required. Please wear appropriate winter clothing! Hot drinks will be provided.
Spots are limited to 30 per day, by reservation only. If your plans change, please cancel your ticket to free up your place.
