The "FirEUrisk - Demonstration Event (Portugal)" is an initiative coordinated by ADAI and organised by the FirEUrisk Project Consortium, a European Union-funded project that brings together 38 partners from around the world.

The FirEUrisk project is centered on creating a holistic approach to rural fire management, encompassing not only civil protection institutions, but also the economic sector, political power and society in general. In this workshop, various products developed under the project will be presented. There will also be demonstrations of the application of these products to the Portuguese case study, which covers the areas of the Intermunicipal Communities (CIM) of the Leiria Region and the Coimbra Region. Participants will thus be able to objectively understand how these solutions can be implemented and adapted to the specific needs of this and other regions.

Participation in the workshop is free, but requires prior registration. Due to limited room capacity, and in order to ensure the highest quality of the event, the maximum number of participants is 60.

This workshop represents a valuable opportunity for those wishing to learn about the innovations and solutions developed under the FirEUrisk project, as well as to collaborate with an international network of experts in rural fire management. It is an important initiative to promote the resilience of rural communities and the protection of our natural environment.
