EFHA/TAG workshop

After years of online meetings and events, the European Fashion Heritage Association (EFHA), in collaboration with the Flemish Textile aggregator (TAG), is organising a two-day on-site workshop on the 25th-26th of April 2023 in Antwerp and Hasselt. The first session will be hosted at MoMu Antwerp on the 25th afternoon and will focus on how and why publishing content on Europeana. The second session will start the following morning in Hasselt, where we will delve into the complex and fascinating topic of terminologies: something we have already touched on during the EFHA's last online conference. The session will close with a hands-on workshop that will engage participants in ideating, reviewing and refining strategies to implement an ethically sound and efficient methodology to interact and co-create with communities, in the definition of a more inclusive and respectful approach to describing digital collections.
