Cacti, music, and summer are an unusual combination, but so far they have proven to work remarkably well together. That is why the GLASHAUS Festival returns for its fourth edition on August 7 to 8, 2026, more refined, more colorful, and more vibrant than ever.

For the soul, there will be theatre, art, and workshops, while numerous bands, DJs, and musicians provide music to dance to. Expect an exquisite mix of local acts, a few extravagant highlights, and genre-spanning explorations. Unprocessed and carefully curated, the diverse culinary offerings, the thoughtfully designed space, and of course the fascinating world of cacti all come together. An elegant bouquet for the whole family includes blowing soap bubbles, dancing, singing along, gathering around the campfire, letting off steam, relaxing in hammocks, indulging, sensing, feeling, thinking, exchanging ideas, and simply being.

You are invited by your floral apostles from Kollektiv am Viadukt and Waldtraut Lichter to the Uhlig cactus nursery, which kindly provides its grounds for this non-commercial, handmade event. The organization and realization of the festival are based on voluntary association work and supported by local businesses through in-kind contributions.

Why are there three ticket prices?

The GLASHAUS Festival is rooted in subculture, openness, and shared responsibility. Our pricing model reflects that we do not all celebrate under the same circumstances. You choose honestly what fits your situation, with no proof required. The number of basic tickets is very limited, as we still need to cover our costs. Please assess yourself fairly so that as many people as possible can access the ticket that truly matches their situation. The short descriptions are there to guide you. All tickets grant the same access.
