Join us on June 13th–14th at Dance and Fight for an intensive weekend of specialized teacher training, advanced masterclasses, and workshops open to everyone. Whether you are a dancer looking to level up or an instructor refining your craft, there will be something for you!

Saturday 13.06.2026 - Workshops, masterclass, and free dancing
15:45 – Open Doors
16:00 - 17:15 – Teachers Workshop: How to give a taster class and handle open level classes by Luisa and Sheila (75 minutes practical workshop for teachers or aspiring teachers)
17:30 - 19:00 – Masterclass:🔸 Advanced repertoire and its foundations - Disruption and flow: fun sequence with giro paulista invertido interrumpido by Luisa and Sheila (90 minutes workshop for teachers, aspiring teachers, and advanced dancers interested in technical details)
19:15 - 20:30 – Open Level Dance Workshop:🔸 🤸🏽♀️Intelligent Body by Sheila (75 minutes workshop for everyone)
This class focuses on developing a more available, organized, and efficient body for dance.
Through simple movements, we explore mobility, balance, posture and coordination — always applied to steps dancers already know. Instead of learning new patterns, the focus is on how the body moves. This creates a more comfortable, clear, and expressive dance, improving both individual movement and partner connection.
20:30 – 22:30 – Free Dancing (donation based)
🔸The Masterclass and the Open Level workshop will be analyzed during the Teachers Training the following day, so teachers’ participation is highly recommended!
Sunday 14.06.2026 - Teacher Training
11:00 – 13:00 – Mulher que Dança - Brunch and Talk – Gathering for professional women in the dance scene of Munich and its surroundings. Please check all the information and RSVP here
17:00 – Open doors at Dance and Fight
17:15 - 20:15 – Teachers Training (180 minutes, teaching methods and analyzing the previous day’s workshops) by Sheila
20:15 – 22:00 – Free Dancing (donation based)

✨ About our international guest, Sheila Santos✨
Sheila Santos is well known for being the teacher of teachers. With a university degree in Dance, she has been teaching many different ballroom dances in Brazil and in the world. Since 2010, she has been researching new ways of relating in partner dances, bringing a more active participation of the follower, allowing for more creativity and musicality and dedication from each person during the dance. This relationship goes beyond roles (lead-follower) and expands our skills as male and female dancers, allowing for a more enjoyable and communicative dance. A digital entrepreneur since 2018, she is the creator of the Mulher que Dança Project, currently one of the largest communities of women in ballroom dancing.
