One benefit of SGF membership is the participation in the comparative microbiological laboratory test at a low price. Please register by the end of June 2021 at the latest to ensure your participation. The test samples will probably be sent to you in September or October.
The following parameters are covered by analysing a total of 6 samples:

• Total microbial count of possible drink-damaging microorganisms (IFUMB02)
• Yeasts (IFUMB03)
• Moulds (IFUMB04)
• Lactic acid bacteria (IFUMB05)
• Detection of Alicyclobacillus in fruit juices (IFUMB12)
